Select the items that you would like to purchase and either purchase direct from our shop or send payment through the post with a detailed description of the items that you would like to purchase as well as contact details and delivery information. Customised Items
We ask that you contact us a by e-mail or by phone with your Name, contact details and your requirements: For Teamwear, Trainingwear, Rain Gear or Accessories, we ask for the following information:
i) the product and design required
ii) A drawing (hand drawn or computer drawn if you are able) of your design if you would like a sublimated kit manufactured to your design)
ii) the quantity of each
iii) the size of each
iv) the colours that you require
v) Any printing/Embroidery that you require
vi) Delivery Location
On receipt of your enquiry, we will produce a quotation itemising your requirements, the cost and an estimated delivery time and send you the quote by e-mail or by post. If you have any questions during this process please do not hesitate to contact us.
If you are satisfied with the quotation details and would like to place the order, we will issue you with a proforma invoice on receipt of payment as a confirmation of placing an order. Payment details - see below.
Payment
To give our customer the most comfortable service we offer two payment methods to choose from. You can pay by cheque to MCP Sports Ltd or by credit card through Paypal's secure online payment service. Prior to beginning the order your card details or cheque clearance must be verified. We ensure that you are regularly updated, via phone or e-mail, on the status of your order.
Payment in full must be made when placing an order.
Items remain the property of MCP Sports Ltd until the payment is made in full.
Upon receipt of payment a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
Delivery Method
(UK Mainland only, excluding Scottish Highlands and Ireland)
Our aim is to provide the best possible service to our customers, therefore all orders are despatched by either Royal Mail, Parcelforce or one of our couriers dependant upon the weight and value of the order.

Delivery Times
(UK Mainland only, excluding Scottish Highlands and Ireland)
Teamwear, Trainingwear, Rain Gear & Accessories - due to the level of customisation required for these products, we aim for a 5 to 7 week lead time from order placement. This will however depend upon demand placed upon our suppliers resources especially during the peak months of the football season. We will provide an estimated delivery date with your quote.

Delivery Cost
(UK Mainland only, excluding Scottish Highlands and Ireland)
Teamwear, Trainingwear, Rain Gear & Accessories - You will receive an itemised breakdown in your quote which will include the delivery costs.
If an order is made by credit card, delivery can only be made to the cardholder's registered address.

Backorders
If your ordered item is not in stock, we will inform you of the situation and offer you the opportunity to cancel the order or we will place the item on backorder for you.
Refunds
Due to the customised nature of the products, refunds are not given on such orders unless the products are defective. If you believe your products are defective you must contact MCP Sportswear by phone, mail or e-mail within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods. Returns will not be accepted if products have been used, worn or washed. MCP Sportswear reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the items returned deem to have been damaged or tampered with. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that any returns must be sent back by recorded delivery.
